Process
With our beluga concept lab we’ve developed a unique consumer centric, interdisciplinary innovation format that we’ve executed with multiple brand teams across various categories and industries.

    • The approach is based on a modular workshop based on validated insights and an integrated consumer panel. The process is based on a design thinking method and was constantly refined to match various needs in product innovation and service design over the last years. It can be hosted face2face, online or as a hybrid format.

    • Inspirational keynotes, external topic experts and hand selected co-creators accelerate the creative process. Validated insights and consumer market intelligence provide clear guidance to frame the innovation scope.

    • These ideas are tested and refined in interactive live user labs and through expert feedback from R&D and legal. We conduct ongoing digital product surveys to cross-validate concept prototypes and iteratively refine them into fully developed product concepts.

We use valuable consumer insights from key markets to present a full report filled with innovative product concepts to our clients, which are ready to be further developed into prototypes and prepared for the final launch.
